If you rented your helmet, we will ship it 1-2 weeks before the start of your season. If you’ve ordered and your league is already within this window, the helmet will ship immediately after we have received your order. If you are within 5 days of your league starting and you have not yet received your helmet, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will check on the status for you.
If you purchased a helmet and have not received it, please start by checking your email for a tracking number. We will send out a tracking number to the email you used to purchase the helmet as soon as it has shipped. If it has been a week and you have not received any kind of notification, feel free to email email@example.com. A member of our customer service team will be back to you with additional information.
